The importance of Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environment (QHSSE) is paramount to everyone within the Roll Group. Every day a team of dedicated QHSSE specialists manage and oversee the creation, development and implementation of business practices and audits of all corporate and project processes. We believe that we must work together with our clients to ensure that project specific risks are identified and eliminated.
Each and every employee is aware of their responsibility to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves, their colleagues, our clients, the environment and our assets. Our training program is structured to enable our staff to contribute to the development of others by sharing their knowledge and experiences. The Roll Group management systems have been assessed and certified by a notified body in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and the International Safety Management Code.
